President Donald Trump has become one of the world’s leading real estate developers recently specializing in the creation of golf-based developments emblazoned with the Trump branding. One of those real estate developers who has built a strong relationship with President Trump is Hussain Sajwani, a Dubai based billionaire who has been working with the Trump family since 2013 to create a range of golf course and luxury living resorts across the United Arab Emirates; even before the opening of the first partnership between Trump and the Hussain Sajwani family the DAMAC Properties Chair expressed his wish to complete more luxury real estate partnerships with the occupant of The White House.
Born in Abu Dhabi, Hussain Sajwani has many strong links to the U.S. after spending his years at college studying at the University of Washington before returning to the Middle East to work in the catering services industry. Before becoming a luxury real estate developer, Hussain Sajwani worked with the U.S. Military in the Middle East and Africa as a catering specialist making sure each and every member of the armed forces was successfully fed at all times during the 1980s and 1990s. Along with his many mentions as a member of the inner circle of President Donald Trump, Sajwani has also been honored by the U.S. Military for the work he has completed as a catering services supplier.
After working to establish a chain of mid-market hotels across resorts in the Middle East, Hussain Sajwani began developing a range of luxury resorts in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates. In 2002, the first 38-floor luxury tower constructed by Hussain Sajwani’s company began construction after all units were sold prior to building work commencing. The development of Trump-branded golf resorts tied to the name of the U.S. President which Sajwani has already stated is a real estate partnership he and the members of his family will be pursuing in the future.
